Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Bagdogra - Darjeeling

Arrive Bagdogra (IXB) (Apporx. 100 kms / 3-4 hours drive) by Air or Train (NJP), meet and greet at Airport or Railway station, after warm welcome you will be transferred to Darjeeling (Apporx. 100 kms / 3-4 hours drive). Darjeeling, Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, take a leisurely walk along Mall Road to savor local delicacies and explore shopping opportunities. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Darjeeling

Start your day early morning around 03:45 hrs, proceed for an unforgettable sunrise from the Tiger Hill, to view sunrise over Kanchanjunga (highest peak in India) Situated at an altitude of 2,590 meters (8,482 ft.) and 13 kilometers from the town. Please note, Sunrise view is always subject to weather conditions. After Sunrise, while return to hotel visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace Memorial & Batasia Loop .

Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later, you will be driven for a city tour that includes the Japanese Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays), Ropeway (offering a 360-degree view of the city and the Tea Plantations of Darjeeling), Tenzing and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (closed on Sundays), Tea Estate, and Natural History Museum (closed on Sundays). After the city tour, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 3: Darjeeling - Pelling

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Pelling (approximately 80 kilometers, a 3-4 hour drive). Pelling is situated at an altitude of 2,072 meters above sea level. On a clear day, guests can enjoy stunning views of the Himalayan range, including snow-capped peaks such as Mount Pandim, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Khangchendzonga, Zopuno, Shimbho, Narsing, and Sinolchu, among others.

Pelling is an exotic settlement known for its varieties of rhododendrons, orchids, historical sites, short trekking routes, and wildlife. Its botanical and zoological richness is truly inspiring. The scenic view from the ridge, overlooking the deep valleys and rising to the majestic heights of the Kanchendzonga ranges, is a sight to behold. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Pelling

Get up early for a spectacular view of Himalaya KunchanJunga, the same image you would have seen in our old currencies of INR 100 Breakfast at hotel. Later proceed for half day tour visiting , Pemayangste Monastery, Rabtense Ruins, Bird Park (currently under renovation), Khechipalri Lake, Kanchenjunga Fall and Rambi Falls, Orange Garden.

Later in evening proceed for Pelling Sky walk, situated an altitude of 7,200 feet above the sea level along with the fourth tallest statue of Chenrezig. For Sky walk, you need to remove your footwear and it's a walk on transparent glass and with a 360 degree view. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5: Pelling - Gangtok via Namchi

Breakfast at hotel, drive to Gangtok (Approx. 140 kms / 5-6 hours drive) Ravangla, Budha Park, & Chanrdham Namci: The Buddha Park of Ravangla, also known as Tathagata Tsal, is situated near Ravangla in South Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim. Visiting at Namchi Chardam. To promote Religious Tourism in Sikkim, this newly developed Pilgrimage-cum-Cultural Center is constructed on top of the Solophok Hill in South-Sikkim. View for miles, the 26½ m high statue of Lord Shiva in sitting posture that marks the location of the main temple.

Later drive to Gangtok the capital city of north eastern state of Sikkim. Lying at an altitude of 1670 meters above the sea level, Gangtok is one of the most-visited destinations in north-eastern region of India, which is popular for its monasteries, rich culture, adventure opportunities and natural scenery. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6: Gangtok

Breakfast at hotel. Whole day is scheduled for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Also known as Changu Lake, Tsomgo Lake is an oval-shaped lake with a depth of around 50 feet. During most part of the year, it is covered with snow. On the banks of the Lake is a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Guest can enjoy the ride of Cable Car which is worth watching and will give you picturesque view of the valley with flowers, also give you an excellent view of Changu lake. (there is a restaurant there where guest can enjoy fast food).

Thereafter, move to the holy site of Baba Mandir or the shrine of Baba Harbhajan Singh. Next you have an option to visit the very popular Nathula Pass, which is just 20 km from here. This motorable mountain pass is at an altitude of 4310 m above the sea level. The views from here are simply breathtaking. On reaching Gangtok, complete the check-in formalities. You are now free to explore the place on your own. (Note: In the case of landslide or because of any other reason, if Tsomgo Lake is closed, an alternate sightseeing will be offered).

Nathula Pass is closed on Monday and Tuesday (Need 2 Passport size photo per person and photo identity proof like Driving License, Passport, Voter Id but not ADHAR (it's not allowed due to security reason). Overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Gangtok - Kalimpong

Breakfast at hotel than drive to Kalimpong (Approx. 75 Kms / 2 hours drive). Kalimpong is located in the northern part of the state of West Bengal, in the northeastern region of India. It is adjacent to the state of Sikkim and near the Teesta River. Upon arrival Check-in to hotel. Proceed for local excursion of Kalimpong (half day) Forest Museum (Closed on Thursday), Dello Hills, Hanuman Mandir, Dr. Graham Homes, Durbin Monestry, Mangaldham, Pine view Nursery (Cactus only). After excursion, return back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8: Kalimpong - Bagdora

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Bagdogra (Approx. 80 kms / 3-4 hours drive) Airport or Railway station to board flight / train for onward destination.



Inclusions

  • All transfers, excursions and sightseeing will be by 02 - 03 pax small medium car like Maruti Wagon R or similar, 04 - 06 pax, Toyota Innova Car / Mahindra Xylo / Scorpio etc.
  • Exclusive Non a/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing.
  • Vehicle will not be at disposable it will available to guest as per itinerary only.
  • Road taxes, parking fee, fuel charges, interstate taxes, included in the package.
  • Assistance on Arrival and Departure transfer.


Package Excludes:

  • Expense of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone / fax calls, alcoholic beverages, camera / video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
  • Nathula Pass registration INR 5000 - 5500 per vehicle, valid ID proof like Voter ID, Pass port and 4 Passport size photo must to get the permission (permission is decided 1 days before the visit so guest needs to settle directly).
  • Entry fee to any attraction or monuments and guide charges not included.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes) etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Travel Insurance.
  • Any Domestic airfares or train tickets.
  • Goods & Service 5% tax.
  • Any other services not mentioned in the inclusions.

  • In the event of any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Before 30 days: Rs 5000 PP.
  • 30 - 16 days: 50% of the total cost.
  • 15 - 8 days: 75% of the total cost.
  • 07 - 0 days: 100% cancellation will apply.
  • No refund, whether partial or full, will be issued for any unused portion of the services included in the package.
